These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Marrakech Travel & Transfer, a commercial brand operated by Beautiful Country Tours, a licensed Moroccan tourist transport company.

By making a booking through our website, WhatsApp, email, telephone, payment link, or an authorised partner, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Our Services

Marrakech Travel & Transfer provides private transportation services in Morocco, including:

• Airport transfers
• Hotel and riad transfers
• Private intercity transfers
• Hourly chauffeur services
• Day trips and excursions
• Multi-day private tours
• Group and event transportation
• VIP and executive chauffeur services
• Customised travel itineraries

Unless expressly stated in the booking confirmation, our prices cover transportation only. Accommodation, meals, entrance fees, local guides, activities and other third-party services are not included.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the customer receives a written confirmation, booking voucher or confirmation message from Marrakech Travel & Transfer.

The customer must provide accurate information, including:

• Full name
• Valid telephone or WhatsApp number
• Email address, when requested
• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Pickup date and time
• Number of passengers
• Number and approximate size of luggage items
• Flight number for airport transfers
• Child-seat requirements
• Any oversized luggage, wheelchair, surfboard or special equipment

Marrakech Travel & Transfer cannot be held responsible for delays, missed pickups or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Bookings made at short notice remain subject to vehicle and driver availability.

4. Prices and Included Services

Unless otherwise stated, all confirmed prices are fixed and include:

• A private vehicle with a professional driver
• Fuel
• Standard highway tolls
• Airport parking related to the scheduled pickup
• Standard luggage assistance
• Flight monitoring for airport pickups
• Meet-and-greet service when applicable
• The waiting time specified in Section 7

There are no hidden transportation charges for the itinerary stated in the booking confirmation.

Additional journeys, substantial itinerary changes, extra waiting time, after-midnight services or services extending beyond the confirmed programme may result in an additional charge. Any additional cost will be communicated to the customer before the extra service is provided whenever reasonably possible.

Prices displayed as “from” or “starting from” are indicative and may vary depending on the route, date, vehicle category, passenger count, luggage and requested services.

5. Payment

Payment may be made using the methods approved in the booking confirmation:

• Cash in Moroccan dirhams (MAD)
• Cash in euros (EUR), using paper banknotes only
• Secure online payment by credit or debit card
• An approved payment link

Coins and damaged banknotes may not be accepted. When payment is made in a foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate will be confirmed before or at the time of payment.

Airport transfers and standard point-to-point services may normally be paid directly to the driver unless advance payment is requested.

Multi-day tours, long-distance programmes, large-group bookings, services requiring a vehicle to travel from another city and special VIP bookings may require an advance payment, normally 20% of the total amount.

The remaining balance and its payment deadline will be stated in the booking confirmation.

The booking is not fully secured until any required advance payment has been received.

6. Online Payments and Refunds

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Marrakech Travel & Transfer does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever technically possible. Bank processing times and payment-provider delays are outside our control.

Any currency-conversion difference or bank charge applied by the customer’s bank or card provider remains the responsibility of the customer.

7. Waiting Time and Flight Delays

Airport pickups

The price includes up to 60 minutes of free waiting time, calculated from the actual flight landing time.

We monitor the flight number provided by the customer. If the flight is officially delayed, the pickup time will be adjusted automatically without an additional delay charge.

The customer must contact us as soon as possible if they are delayed at immigration, baggage claim, customs or lost-luggage services.

After the included 60-minute waiting period, additional waiting time may be charged depending on driver and vehicle availability.

If the passenger cannot be located and does not contact us within 60 minutes after the actual landing time, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Hotel, riad and private-address pickups

The price includes up to 60 minutes of free waiting time from the confirmed pickup time.

Additional waiting time may be charged. The driver cannot be required to wait indefinitely if this affects another confirmed service.

8. Meeting the Driver

For airport arrivals, the driver will normally wait in the arrivals area holding a sign displaying the passenger’s name.

Where direct vehicle access to a riad, Medina property, pedestrian street or restricted area is not possible, the pickup or drop-off will take place at the nearest safe and legally accessible meeting point.

The customer must keep their telephone switched on whenever possible and check WhatsApp, SMS or email for operational updates.

If the customer cannot find the driver, they must contact Marrakech Travel & Transfer before leaving the meeting point or arranging alternative transportation.

9. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Airport and point-to-point transfers

Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup: free cancellation and full refund of any amount paid.

Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup: up to 100% of the booking price may be charged.

No-show: 100% of the booking price is payable.

Day trips, hourly chauffeur services and excursions

Cancellation more than 24 hours before departure: free cancellation unless non-refundable third-party services have already been booked.

Cancellation within 24 hours of departure: the advance payment may be retained, and up to 100% of the booking price may be charged depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred.

No-show: up to 100% of the booking price may be charged.

Multi-day tours, groups, events and VIP services

Cancellation more than 24 hours before departure: free cancellation, excluding non-refundable third-party costs and payment-provider fees.

Cancellation within 24 hours of departure: the advance payment may be retained, and up to 100% of the confirmed price may be charged depending on the services and costs already committed.

No-show: up to 100% of the confirmed price may be charged.

A cancellation is valid only after it has been acknowledged in writing by Marrakech Travel & Transfer.

Date, time, route and passenger-count changes remain subject to availability and may result in a revised price.

10. Vehicle Allocation

We make every reasonable effort to provide the vehicle model or category shown in the booking confirmation.

Specific vehicle models, colours and registration numbers cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

For operational, safety or availability reasons, Marrakech Travel & Transfer may provide an equivalent or higher-category vehicle at no additional charge.

Vehicle capacity depends on both passenger count and luggage volume. The customer must provide accurate luggage information. If the selected vehicle cannot safely accommodate all passengers and luggage, a larger or additional vehicle may be required at an extra cost.

11. Child Seats

Child seats and booster seats are available upon advance request and subject to availability.

The customer must provide the child’s age and, when possible, approximate weight.

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate seat, the accompanying adult remains responsible for checking that the child is correctly secured before the journey begins.

12. Passenger Conduct and Safety

Passengers must follow the driver’s reasonable safety instructions and comply with Moroccan law.

The following are prohibited inside our vehicles:

• Smoking or vaping
• Illegal substances
• Dangerous or prohibited items
• Behaviour that threatens the driver, passengers or vehicle
• Intentional damage
• Excessive intoxication or seriously disruptive conduct

Seat belts must be worn whenever available and required by law.

Marrakech Travel & Transfer may refuse or terminate a service if passenger conduct creates a safety risk. In such circumstances, no refund may be due.

The customer is responsible for the cost of repairing deliberate damage or carrying out exceptional cleaning caused by passengers.

13. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.

Marrakech Travel & Transfer is not responsible for items left inside a vehicle unless the loss results directly from proven negligence on our part.

Any lost property found will be kept for a reasonable period. The customer may be required to pay delivery or shipping costs for its return.

Valuable items, passports, money, jewellery, medication and electronic devices should remain with the passenger at all times.

14. Delays, Routes and Journey Duration

Journey times displayed on the website or communicated before travel are estimates only.

Marrakech Travel & Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

• Traffic congestion
• Road closures
• Police controls
• Weather conditions
• Accidents
• Public events
• Demonstrations
• Natural events
• Flight changes
• Government restrictions
• Force majeure

Drivers may adjust the route when necessary for safety, traffic or road conditions.

Customers should allow sufficient time when travelling to an airport, railway station, event or appointment.

15. Day Trips, Tours and Third-Party Services

Drivers provide transportation and general local assistance. They are not official licensed tour guides unless a separate official guide is specifically included in the booking.

Activities, restaurants, desert camps, hotels, local guides, camel rides, quad biking and other services supplied by third parties may be subject to the provider’s own terms and availability.

Where Marrakech Travel & Transfer arranges a third-party service on the customer’s behalf, we act as an intermediary unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions or service quality of a third-party provider, except where required by applicable law.

16. Service Changes or Cancellation by Us

In exceptional circumstances, Marrakech Travel & Transfer may need to change a driver, vehicle, pickup arrangement or part of the itinerary.

We will provide an equivalent or suitable alternative whenever reasonably possible.

If we are unable to provide the confirmed transportation service and no acceptable alternative is available, the customer will receive a refund for the affected service.

Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where a greater liability is required by applicable law.

17. Customer Complaints

Any immediate service issue should be reported as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to resolve it during the journey.

Formal complaints should be submitted within 7 days after the service and should include:

• Booking name or reference
• Date of service
• Description of the issue
• Any relevant supporting information

18. Personal Data

Personal information is collected and used only when necessary to:

• Process and manage bookings
• Communicate with customers
• Coordinate drivers and service providers
• Process payments
• Meet legal and administrative obligations
• Improve our services

Relevant booking details may be shared with assigned drivers, payment providers or operational partners only when necessary to provide the requested service.

19. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and updated. However, vehicle availability, prices, photographs, itineraries and travel information may change.

Website images may be illustrative. The written booking confirmation takes priority over general information displayed elsewhere on the website.

All website text, branding, logos and original content remain the property of Marrakech Travel & Transfer or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent Moroccan courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable to the customer.

21. Acceptance of These Terms

By confirming a booking or making a payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The person making a booking on behalf of other passengers is responsible for informing all passengers about the applicable booking conditions.

Marrakech Travel & Transfer may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to a booking is the version in effect on the date the booking was confirmed.
